Feral shows a tighter, grown-up version of Cat Valley. With Melanie Sehman on drums and Kristen Stanovich on bass, the band steps up the volume and intensity from their self-titled EP. The songs seamlessly weave together pop sensibility with punk lyrics, harkening back to 90’s alternative rock with a surf twist. While it tackles topics similar to Cat Valley’s previous EP, there’s new intention and depth across Feral that shows how far the group has come, showcasing their ability to pack a punch, both lyrically and musically.

These are songs that are meant to be sung out loud with your friends or alone in your car. From the noisy drone outro of “Red Sea” to the anthemic rock chorus of “Dive Bar Fight Song”, Feral showcases the raw power and chemistry within Cat Valley, as the group continues to evolve and grow.
